Valentines Day- Feelingshipping

The sun sets and the moon rises. Yellow walked along the streets of Viridian City with her beloved Pikachu, Chuchu. She walked towards the Viridian Gym. Yellow stared at the door, she walked closer to it and she was only inches away from entering it. She had this nervous feeling and she had quite the hard time to ignore it. 'Should I go in..?' thought Yellow. 'But maybe I'll be bothering Green if I do..'. Yellow shook the thought off her head and entered the gym.

And there was Green, he was standing on his side of the battle field, battling someone. The challenger was a girl and she looked like a 13-year-old, her Persian had fainted from Machamp's Karate Chop. “Persian, no!” cried out the challenger. Green returned his Machamp back to it's pokeball and looked at the trainer, she sighed as she returned Persian back to it's pokeball. “I can't believe I lost that easily....” mumbled the challenger. “Good battle, Grace” said Green. Grace smiled and nodded. “Yeah, but I barely even had the chance of winning.. You wiped out my whole team with one pokemon” said Grace. Yellow thought to herself 'Green wiped out a challenger's team with ONE pokemon!?'. “Well that means that you have to train harder” said Green. “..Yeah..” said Grace. “Come back and we'll have a rematch once you trained your pokemon” said Green, Grace nodded then walked out the gym. She saw Yellow and said “Excuse me..” Yellow moved out of the way so Grace could exit the gym.

Yellow looked at Green and he looked back at her, there was a long moment of silence. Green turned away and walked towards the back door of the gym. “G-Green!” called Yellow. He turned around and said “What?” “I-i was wondering.. if you can go flower picking with me today...” said Yellow, she looked down on the ground. Green sighed and smiled “Sure”.

The two of them walked out of the gym, Yellow had returned Chuchu back to it's pokeball for now. Yellow walked towards the Viridian Forest and Green followed her. The moon looked beautiful, the moonlight shone down on the two of them as they walked through the Viridian Forest path. Yellow looked around and saw a very big flower patch. She grabbed Green's hand and dragged him to where the flowers were “H-hey!” cried Green as his hand was being held by Yellow, he wanted to shake her hand off, but then he knew that doing wouldn't be nice, especially if he's going to do it to Yellow. The most kindest girl in the world, well in Green's world she is the most kindest girl. Yellow stopped dragging Green with her, but she still held his hand.

She looked up at the sky and stared at the moon. She smiled then turned to Green “Don't you think it looks beautiful here?” said Yellow. Green slightly blushed as he saw Yellow smile. 'She looks.. cute under the moonlight like that..' thought Green. He now wanted to slap himself for thinking that. “Y-yeah” said Green who was a bit out of character since well,  most of the time, he doesn't stutter. 'Great, now Yellow will think that something is wrong with me' thought Green. “So, we're here for flower picking, aren't we?” asked Green. Yellow nodded “Yeah..” she said feeling a little down. Green noticed how Yellow looked a little and so he asked “Something wrong, Yellow?”. “No..” she replied, shaking her head.

“Um... Green, I know I asked you to come flower picking with me.. b-but u-um... do you think I could show you something first?” innocently asked Yellow. Green smiled and nodded “Sure”. Yellow blushed then turned away saying “O-okay!” she walked to forest with Green. Yellow wasn't staying on the path but she sure seemed excited. She ran and Green ran as well since she was still holding his hand. Boy she got a strong grip, Yellow hasn't let go of Green yet. They walked through the forest, not staying on the path, and after a while of running through trees, bushes and plant life, Yellow stopped running. They were now in front of what seemed to be a cave entrance.

“Okay, we need to go through here though” said Yellow looking at the cave entrance. “Lead the way, Yellow” said Green. Yellow nodded then went through the cave entrance with her friend, Green. There were stone stairs and Yellow climbed the stone stairs along with Green. They reached the top and there was a huge garden at the where the staircase leads to. Flowers, berries, trees, everything from nature. It was all here, and the arrangement was beautiful. It was like a garden.

There was even a small fountain, the moonlight dazzled on it as the water sparkled in their sight. Green looked around amazed. He couldn't believe there was a place in the world that looked so beautiful, and who expected it to be deep inside a forest. It must be hidden and Yellow is the only one who knew about this place, and now, Green knows about it too.

“Wow..” said Green, he was impressed and amazed by what he's seeing right now. Yellow grinned and questioned him “What do you think?” “It's beautiful here..” said Green. Yellow giggled and replied “I know, right? I've been here a million times, I thought that I would show this to you ”. “If you don't mind me asking, why do you want to show this to me anyway? What about Red? Or Blue?”. Yellow felt nervous and looked down on the ground, trying to hide her blush. “Um.. Uh..”.

Yellow let go of Green's hand, but then she saw that Green was now the one holding onto her. The thought made her blush more wilder. “U-um.. I-i just wanted to show you! Um.. since well, er.. um.. because you're gym is in the same town as my house so yeah.....” stuttered Yellow. Green replied “Pallet Town isn't that far away, Yellow. Going here is farther than going to Pallet Town from Viridian City”.

Yellow looked at Green, embarrassed. “Erm..” she mumbled. Green shook his head and chuckled “Forget what I said. I was only wondering since well, I thought you still loved Red”.  “......” Yellow didn't say anything. It has been 7 months since Red and Blue started to date. Although she felt sad, she wanted to feel happy for her two best friends. It was difficult, but she managed to do it. But then when Green said those words, all of those  memories flashed back into her mind. “I did love him, but then I realized that.. he was meant to be with Blue, not me. I needed to find my own prince charming, because well, Red is definitely Blue's prince charming” replied Yellow, she was struggling to smile and stop the tears from streaming down her face.

Green noticed Yellow trying to stop the tears from falling down. He sighed and said “I'm sorry Yellow, don't cry, please” Yellow turned to look at him, Green looked concerned. His eyes were locked on Yellow. 'Green...' thought Yellow. “...You wanna know why I asked you instead of Red?” she asked him. Green nodded curiously, Yellow took a deep breathe and asked Green “..Green, what is the date today?”  “February 14” answered Green. “Oh wait...” said Green, realizing what February 14 was all about. 'Valentines Day... I can't believe I forgot about Valentines Day...' thought Green.

'Is he going to realize it soon..?' Yellow asked herself. “..Since it's Valentines Day.. I thought that I should show you....” said Yellow. Green stared at her and she continued “... first of all, I did like Red, but I also like someone else.. a lot more.. And well, I didn't think that he'd want to be with me.. and that someone else.. is you, Green..” she continued.

Green stared at her in shock, he never expected Yellow to have a crush on him. 'What am I going to say to her..?' thought Green. Then he remembered something that Blue told him..

..Green was siting down while doing paper work on his desk at his house in Pallet Town. Blue was at the door and Green opened it. She entered his home and sat down on the couch “What the hell are you doing here?” asked Green. Blue shook her head and said “I'm only here to say something to you, it's really important”. Green leaned his back against the wall and started to listen “I know this girl.. likes you, okay?” said Blue. “What the!? Some girl likes me?” asked Green. “Uh huh, I'm not going to say who it is. But, on the day she confesses her love for you, you better not break her heart. I'm going to seriously break YOU if you break her HEART. Got it?” said Blue. Green looked surprised since Blue had threatened him, saying that she was going to break him if he broke some girl's heart. Green didn't really care though.

But he never knew that that girl Blue was talking about before was Yellow, it made more sense to him now that Blue was threatening him on that day. She only threatened him because he might break her best friend's heart. Green gulped and shook his head. He didn't want to think about Blue when she gets angry. Blue got more mature through the years and she's getting a bit more scarier. Sometimes, Green wishes that she could go back to the annoying little girl she was before. “...I love you, Green..” confessed Yellow. Green didn't respond at all, his mind was filled with thoughts of an angry Blue. But why would he get scared of Blue anyway? She's just, Blue. 'What is she going to do to me anyway? Punch me in the face? No way, I'm Chuck's student. A girl can't hit me easily. But.. she's probably going to ruin my whole social life.. yeah.. I think that's what she'd do..' thought Green.

'I don't care about what she says. Especially if that she is Blue.' “... Yellow, I don't know how to respond to that..”  said Green. Yellow felt like her heart dropped. “I'm sorry, I just wanted to say that.. You don't have to respond at all..” apologized Yellow.

“Well, I'm never responding to that” said Green in a harsh cold tone. Those words hit Yellow and she almost started to cry. But then Green pulled her into a kiss, when the kiss ended, Green smirked at Yellow's crimson face. “I  think that was better than responding to what you said.” said Green. Yellow couldn't believe him at all 'Green.... GREEN JUST KISSED ME!' thought Yellow. She felt so happy right now, she could just hug Green and forget all of the bad moments she had in her life, she felt happy with him. 'Well, I guess I don't have to hide anything now. 3 stupid years of trying to hide my feelings for Yellow, well I guess that streak stops now' thought Green.

“Yellow, I'm sorry for not telling you this sooner, but I do love you as well. To be honest, I didn't tell you because I was only afraid that you didn't love me back. I thought you loved Red” said Green, he looked down and Yellow put a hand on his cheek “Well, that was true, but now I feel like he's my awesome older brother” said Yellow giggling. Green smiled at her and kissed her forehead.


“And actually, this is pretty good timing for me to tell you that I loved you” said Green. Yellow raised an eyebrow “What about last year's Valentines Day? Or the year before that?” she asked. Green blushed and looked away “Whatever..” he mumbled. Yellow laughed and hugged him.

“Happy Valentines Day, Yellow” said Green, hugging her back.

“Happy Valentines Day, Greenie~!” said Yellow.
